Well, you’re walking along whistling, admiring the Spring flowers- and BLAM, your in bed with a heating pad

When I was in my 40’s (just a little time ago), I was sidelined with pain all over my body. I went to my doctor and she said it sounded like Fibromyalgia. It was, indeed, as she thought.

Many decades have gone by and I have learned to do everything I’ve learned from others and reading.

Believe me! You don’t want this! Many things have changed in the medical community.

I’ve discovered that I must get 8 hours of quality sleep. I’ve changed my life for this disease.

I now go to bed at 8pm, all devices off at 7pm. I often wake up at 5:00am. I love that hour of the morning. The birds and I are awake. I glory in the sound of them.

Now that we are in Pacific Daylight time, it gets light earlier. I have time to do my journaling, and follow a Bible app.

Any day now, I’m going to go for a walk in the early morning (I’ve been saying that for years!). And tomorrow is the day!

I hope! When I got up this morning I was experiencing pain all over my body! I’ve been sitting with the heating pad, and napping some. When your shoulders are screaming, and a step meant severe pain. My old friend was back. In the past, as I rested and slept, I’ve been able to walk and get around tomorrow. I think what caused this flare was a Covid booster yesterday. My arm where said shot happened is not moving. It’s evening and it is still not moving. Oh well!

Damn it!

I DO know what to do, but I didn’t want to spend my day in bed!

But, it’s okay.

Peace Out!
